costs and fees

The fees are always fixed in advance with the client.

Wherever possible, Advocatenkantoor Bouzoumita agrees with you a fixed price for the handling of the case.

In cases where this is not possible (e.g., certain advisory files, constantly expanding procedures, etc.), an hourly rate of between 100 and 150 euros per hour (excluding 21% VAT) is agreed.

Of course, other formulas are possible in the case of collections, for "subscriptions", …

Only the following costs related to the file are charged:

• opening and archiving of the file: 75 euro
• letters: 10 euro
• travel costs (outside Ghent): 0.6 euros/km

Legal costs (e.g., cost of the bailiff) are charged directly.
